     First, thank you for stopping by my website! I'm excited to share a little about myself and my mission as a Career and Life Coach.

​

     I've always been fascinated by human potential and have enjoyed cheering people on to help them meet their goals. In 2011, I reached a turning point in my life when I realized I wasn't being true to my own goals and passions. Although I was very successful in my management career, I knew I was not living up to my full potential. That's when I left my corporate management position and began training as a career and life coach.

     Since then, I've been dedicated to helping people navigate various life transitions. My clients include individuals looking for a new career path, those needing help with job search preparation, interviewing, resume writing, and other career-related activities. Many clients seek support with relationship challenges, parenting issues, and finding their life purpose. I've even coached a client through fulfilling her dream of becoming an author!

     Change is inevitable, and having a coach to guide you through it can make the transition smoother. My job is to help you identify what you'd like to change in your life and assist you in devising and implementing a plan to successfully overcome challenges and achieve your goals.

   I have a variety of tools and resources to help with numerous challenges and goals, and I'm always excited to share these with my clients.
